Question about polyun/monoun/saturated fat?

The consumption of those types of fat is considered essential on a daily basis. You can actually get extremely sick from eating too little fat. Low fat diets are actually bad for you. Fun fact: the reason most people feel better after switching to a low fat diet is that it gives the body a chance to rid itself of excess Omega-6 and trans fats. In the long term, though, you'll end up feeling worse.
