What does it mean if a guy deletes a social interview question off of his wall on fb?

My friend posted a question to her crush it was something like do you think soso is a good kisser? obv she put yes but it doesnt show the answer... anyway she just told me she checked his fb and its been deleted, obv he has deleted it so now she thinks he doesnt fancy her ? I dont know what to say she is being pretty ridiculous ha ha Just because he deleted doesnt mean he doesnt like her :S I tell her this and she says he must be embarrassed at the thought of kissing her, ahh its so annoying cause they always flirt!
