Instead of getting a 8 gig 4th gen im getting a 32 gig 2nd gen is this a good choice dont really want a camera?

You should get the newest gen because they're still keeping it up to date. I had a 2nd gen and it started to get laggy and a lot of the games I played wouldn't open because it was older.
