Lasagna noodles.... To many?

I wonder if you cook them normally to get them pliable then cut them into triangles. Bake them on a sheet pan with some EVOO and herbs like oregano, basil, some garlic powder. Then use them like 'italian' chips with some marinara sauce, or alfredo sauce. Sounds like it could be good and I might have to try this myself.
