Where do I start in this small town?

I wanna sing "traditional pop" music like frank sinatra and dean martin and Michael buble. The problem Is I live in a very rural area that mostly has outlets for just country or Christian music. If I have to relocate I'll work fiestas doing that but what are examples if places I could maybe try to get gigs or at least get a little recognition.
