Will best buy take my jailbroken cracked ipod touch?

i have a two year geek squad warranty for my ipod touch 3rd gen 8 gig i cracked it once and i got a new one well sad to say i cracked it again and my warranty ends in december i have it jailbroken soo idk iff theyll take it soo does any one know??
