How do you transpose a E trumpet part to Bb?

I am looking at Dvorak's Symphony No. 9 (New Symphony) Mvt. 4 and the trumpet part is supposed to be in E. Now I have a Bb trumpet so how would I transpose the notes? For example the notes in the motif are C, D, Eb, D, C, C, C, Bb, G, Bb, C, C, C, D, Eb, D, C, C, C, Eb, C, Eb, G, G, C and the key is C major for the trumpet part (Concert G Major). Any help would be appreciated.
