When should you say I love you?

I feel like I really love my boyfriend, but I don't want to say it and freak him out. Not to mention we only have been dating two weeks, so I don't know. Should I wait, or just tell him the truth? I also thinks he loves me too, but I'm not sure. Maybe we do love each other, but we're just not ready? The banner on his phone says 'ilms' (I love Mollee St.Clair, which is me obv.) so maybe he does love me, but he's just too shy to say it? I mean, it has only been two weeks...
