ID Chief help, which id to get?

I want to order a "novelty" id from id chief. I want it to scan for shits and gigs......but i dont know which to chose. I live in CT and he has just come out with a CT one and it looks legit because i have seen actual CT licenses, but they say PA is the best. Thing is im going to school next year in PA so i want it to be able to scan in pa for shits and gigs without it getting taken away. Im skeptical to get another state because i have never seen one from prety much any other state...advice?
