My call of duty black ops is still bugged?

i reinstalled the game and it was a big waste of time a day or so anyway. every time i try to start call of the dead solo it stops at start of intro my pc is fine 6 gig ram 64x windows 7 cleaned checked for anything good score in graphic and such but its like the animation is bugged or something it would help if i could skip the intro or something but still the problem remain it's not my pc it's the game
