Does he like me? What should I do/ say? ?

Okay so I have a huge crush on my bestfriend. Only problem is he has a girlfriend :/ she doesn't live here though. But we hangout a lot. & he always flirts with me and hugs me and tells me he loves me. He tries to wrestle with me and has felt me up before and we are always laughing and smiling when were together. Also he always stares at me and makes it obv too like if i catch him he will just stare into my eyes and make this weird face. Also today he asked me if I worked and im like yah and he's like awe :( and I was like yah tomorrow nights my only day off this weekend :( and he's like well I call you ;)... Ahh confusing but I really like him too. His personality not to mention he's gorgeous. What do you think... Does he like me and how do I drop subtle hints I like him too? Also when were hanging out with other guys and I say like he's prob good at golf. He will be like oh you gunna be his cheerleader or when our friend left the room I was like where did blank go? And he's like why you miss him?
